My Collection - Reds

L-R: Boots no.17-no name on bottle, Rimmel 'Desire 393', Barry M 'Retro 3 Red'

This Rimmel nail plish always gets overlooked i never think about using it when maybe i really should it makes my nails look so long and elegant a really flattering colour.

I've realised i need a brown nail polish; not exactly the best colour out there that you would want but for those times when i need that dark shade but not quite black when doing nail art. I thought this Boots No.17 one would be good but as you can see it doesn't come out how it looks in the bottle which is a shame; still the hunt goes on...

Tartan mix mani

Well i wish i was organising at posting regularly. I don't like to have a schedule so to speak because i would never stick to it but i seem to be really good and schedule posts for 2 weeks and then it just goes downhill and i don't post for a while.

Well this weekend i went and bought some fairy lights for my room and i've just finished arranging them in my room which was a right headache as i don't have a headboard!

This week i also put up the works Christmas tree and also helped out putting the one up at Glen's house. I'll be putting the one up in my house next weekend.

I did this a few weeks ago and it's a bit mix matched and turned out i didn't like it. It was originally going to be tartan but i figured i couldn't handle the stress of doing it on each nail so i did glitter on the other ones but i didn't have any tape to do the lines straight so they turned out a bit wonky.

Well from now on until the rest of the month it's going to be so manic everywhere with the mad rush before Christmas and thankfully i've got most of my Christmas presents. I really cannot believe that it's going to be Christmas 3 weeks on Wednesday; where has the time gone?!

Are you all ready for Christmas?

Barry M Copper Glitter

Hey!!

I am getting so excited about the snow right now!

For all of you that don't live in the UK, then just to update you - it's snowing over here :) that might not be something great for some of you who get snow frequently but here it is a rarety, we usually just have rain.

But tonight it's snowing and it looks so pretty :) it's just nice because it never happens. Though today i have spent 4 hours overall on my bus getting to and from work! (It normally takes me 2 hours) so the snow is not great for travelling and my feet got frozen!

Aaanyway here's my beautiful Barry M nail polish in 'Copper'

Barry M 'Copper' 17-doesn't have a name on it!

2 coats of the number 17 polish which is a lovely dark dark brown - reminds me of hot chocolate :)
then i think it was a few coats of Barry M. None of these pictures do it justice, i took so many pictures to try and show how glittery it was.

It truly is a gorgeous nail polish - i recommend everyone should buy it! Do you own any other Barry M glitter polishes? And is it snowing by you? i would love to see some pictures!

Delicate dots

I actually really loved these nails. they felt really feminine and such a simple design but i was so pleased with it.

I had to do a few coats of white polish and then do one coat of this pinky colour because it was a very transparent colour; which ended up making it look so delicate. i also had to do a few coats of the brown colour as it wasn't so strong.

To do the dots i used the brown colour on the pink nails and then white polish on my ring finger.

Revlon nail polish (Don't know the names of them individually as they came in a set)

Natural Collection nail tip whitener.

This is probably one of my favourite mani's. Though i nearly always think that when i do my nails haha.

What do you think? Have you ever tried anything like this?
